Itano shirt / Hanga

Unisex shirt inspired by woodblock prints

This original fabric is woven at a weaving factory that produces Kamedajima fabric. It is a thin, crisp fabric, not as thick as typewriter cloth, but soft and comfortable against the skin, making it suitable for all seasons with a pleasant dry feel.

The motifs were inspired by Shiko Munakata. The roundness of women, the boldness as a painting, the passionate intensity of immersion that removes an俯瞰力 (overhead view). These were transferred to a block and printed by the designer at Fujioka Dyeing Factory in Agano City, Niigata Prefecture. This design is printed on the front.

With a flat pattern, the relaxed fit around the neck, longer length, and wider sleeves offer more comfort than a traditional shirt. Additionally, by not using interlining and applying a washing process, the fabric has a soft and unrestrictive feel. It has undergone product washing, making it feel just like a well-worn item. Shell buttons are used.

・As it is cotton material, it can be hand-washed.

・For stains such as sweat or oil, please use a neutral detergent.

・Although dyes that are resistant to fading are used, using bleach or fluorescent detergents may cause color fading.

・When ironing, please use a steam iron or a medium-temperature iron with a pressing cloth.

・Avoid tumble drying.
